How to view the hidden stored password in chrome browser without needing actual PC password?

Here is my second post. In this post I am going to show you how reveal the hideen stored password that is shown as asteriks in "password" field. BTW, you can use it to make pranks with your friends :).


Step 1: Open the website for which there was a password stored already. When you open the webpage, you will see asterisks in the password field as shown below.

Step 2: Now, click on the password section, right click and then select inspect. You will see something like below.

Step 3: Now, change the input type in the highlighted code from "password" to "text" and press ENTER. Ola, you'll see the password in plain text.
